Jaewoo Park joined Clearbrook, LLC as an Investment Associate in 2026. Based in New York, he supports investment analysis, strategic initiatives, and business development across Clearbrook and its subsidiary, Clearbrook Energy Solutions, with a focus on real assets and cross-border opportunities.
Jaewoo brings experience spanning real estate development, finance, and strategic planning across both the private and public sectors. His background includes investment evaluation, economic analysis, and development feasibility, complemented by a strong understanding of U.S. and Asian markets, with particular expertise in South Korea.
Prior to joining Clearbrook, Jaewoo founded and led Studio JW, a Seoul-based platform focused on luxury residential and hospitality assets. He oversaw projects from initial feasibility and investment planning through development and execution. His earlier public-sector experience involved economic analysis, urban development planning, and land-use policy.
Jaewoo holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations (Global Business) from the University of Southern California.
