Clearbrook LLC, a privately held, independent investment management firm, has appointed Jay Tubianosa as chief risk officer.
Tubianosa will be responsible for for centralizing existing functions and identifying and managing risk across all client portfolios and Clearbrook service offerings. He will also identify, propose and implement enhancements to the management and monitoring of risk.
Tubianosa has 24 years of investment experience.
