Mike Caputo, Clearbrook’s Chief Financial Officer, joined the firm in February 2026. Prior to joining Clearbrook, Mr. Caputo owned his own consulting firm, providing advice to small and medium-sized companies on finance-related issues such as financial planning & analysis, budgeting, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. Clients included firms in the utility, consumer, industrial and financial sectors. Prior to that, he worked for 16 years as an equity analyst and Portfolio Manager for two institutional investment firms, Epoch Investment Partners and Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn. Previous experience includes investment banking at Dillon Read & Co and Morgan Stanley. Transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, public debt capital raises and initial and secondary public offerings of equity. Mike has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
